When Aurther her brother died he left Margaret a small fortune and put it into the care of Henry VII. She eventually married a man neary 20 years her elder, she was but 13 years of age.
Margaret had a difficult life and made poor choices in husbandsHer first child was born when she was 16, the scottish subjects loved their queen.
February 21st 1507 Margaret gave birth to a boy and named him James, but in 1508 27th February the young prince died, she was already pregnant with her second child.

The second of his six wives, but first his mistress when he was still married to Katherine of Arigon.
He loved Ann well, but she was a determined and domineering woman, anyone she disliked was eventually beheaded. Her words to her sister Mary were that she wanted to be queen and nothing else will do and that wish she did see fulfilled, onyl whe she deceived Henry VIII did she start to lose power and a place in Henry's heart.
Things quickly changed ans she was eventually beheaded, but he gave her a swordsman from france so she did not suffer, but refused to provide a coffin for her buriel.
They quickly found an arrow chest for her and the only reason she fitted in it is that she had no head.Anne was buried under the chapel in the tower of london facing the execution green, her remains were found in an arrow box as buried when Queen Victoria had the chapel refurvished and now a marble slab show's her resting place.
Henry VIII King of England from 1509 till 1547, he ruled for 38 years and married and divorced or lost six wives, his whole life he searched for a wife who could give him a son and he did have two son's, one by his frist mistress Bessy Blount and one by Jane Seymore whom he lost after the birth, alas Edward his son died before he was 20, but Henry himself was then no longer here, he had died bvefore his son. Bessy Blounts son Henry died while Henry was still alive, he was a poorly boy, but Hewnry non the less supported him ans bessy through his short life.
You can read Henry's autobiography written by Margaret George a wonderful book that see's Henry's life through his eye's. I am really impressed as the research that must have gone into writting this book as the events she has written into it can be researched by oneself through the internet.
